Everything was fairly clean and good. Close to the train station, the location was absolutely perfect and good, close to Darling harbour for the price. Sydney CBD district was worth staying in. A nice size and recently renovated units with fridge, comfy bed, TV, and the staff were outstandingly accommodating. The room was well priced😀

Not very helpful - I asked if I could iron a garment and was told to go to the 2nd floor where an ironing board was located. I was not told I had to leave a deposit of $50

Think that this exceptionally comfortable hotel is beyond compare, really enjoyed it. Courteous staff, the property is clean and location great and perfect. The rooms are brand-new and spotlessly clean with a comfortable bed, everything is awesome. The hotel has the restaurant for breakfast or dinner.

pillows were like giant bricks. Never before have I felt back pain as I did because of these pillows (or having to sleep without a pillow because they were so horrific!). Staff, waited twenty minutes to collect luggage from behind reception whilst being ignored by second staff member... almost missed flight because of this.

shuttle bus must be booked two and half hours before arrival. I had to take bags on train.
